"James Hankinson & wife to Jonathan Kimble Deed
This Indenture made this fourteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eigth hundred and thirty nine by and between James Hankinson and Mary Hankinson his wife of the County of Hocking in the State of Ohio of the one part and Jonathan Kimble of the County of Hocking and State aforesaid of the other part witnesseth that the said James Hankinson and Mary Hankinson his wife for and in consideration of the Just sum of thirty Dollards to them in hand paid the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge have given granted bargained sold released conveyed and do by these present give grant bargain sell release convey and confirm unto the said Jonathan Kimble his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate and being in the County of Hocking State of Ohio the above tract being a part of the South East quarter of section four Township Thirteen Range Seventeen in the East side bounded as follows commencing at a stone on the South West side of Jonathan Kimbles field running North one half East Ten chains and Eighteen links to a stone, thence South 65 West eight chains forty links to a stone, thence South 25 1/2 East Nine chains 31 links to the place of beginning the above to contain four acres to have and to hold the premises aforesaid with all the privileges and [?]appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anyway appertaining unto the said Jonathan Kimble and unto his heirs and assigns forever. And the said James Hankinson and Mary Hankinson his wife for themselves and for their heirs executors and administrators covenant and promise to and with the said Jonathan Kimble his heirs and assigns that they the said James Hankinson and Mary Hankinson his wife are lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid that they have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey the same in manner aforesaid and that the premises are free and clear of and from all incumbrance whatever. And further that they the said James Hankinson and Mary Hankinson his wife will well and truly warrant and forever defend the premises herein and hereby granted unto the said Jonathan Kimble and unto his heirs and assigns against all lawful claims and demands of all and every person whomsoever. In testimony whereof the said James Hankinson and Mary Hankinson his wife party of the first part have here Signed, Sealed and delivered

And the said Mary wife of the said James Hankenson being by me examined seperate and apart from her said husband and the contents of the said deed being fully made known to her by reading the same in her presence she did declare upon such seperate examination that she did voluntarily sign seal and acknowledge the same and that she is still satisfied there with

This cause came on to be heard upon the petition and the answer of the Guardian ad litem of the minor defendants and the other defts having failed to plead answer or demean to said petition the same as to them is taken as confessed - On motion to the Court by P Nan Trump counsel for the petitions it is ordered that by the oaths of Peter Shane Joseph A Greene and Frederick Frieanen three [?]disviterested free holders of said County partition be made of said lands described and set forth in said petition in the following proportions to wit. One fifteenth part thereof to said petitioners - One fifteenth part to Jacob Kimble Jr - One fifteenth part to Henry Roop and May his wife - One fifteenth part to Addison Deets and Sarah his wife One fifteenth part to Peter Will and Catherine his wife - One fifteenth part to Samuel Levan and Delila his wife - One fifteenth part to Jonathan Kimble - One fifteenth part to Harriet Kimble - One fifteenth part to Rachel Kimble - One fifteenth part to SOlomon Kimble - One fifteenth part to Emmanuel Kimble - One fifteenth part to Eleanor Kimble - One fifteenth part to George Kimble One fifteenth part to Mahala Kimble - and one fifteenth part to Amos Kimble. And it is further ordered that a writ of partition issue to the sheriff of our said County commanding him to made said partition accordingly - and if the same cannot be divided without [?]anyway to the whole that them by the oaths of said free holders he cause the same to be appraised at its cash value and that he make returns of his proceedings forthwith"

Jonathan Kimble to Oliver & George Kimble Deed. ~
This indenture made this nineteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and thirty four by and between Jonathan Kimble of the county of Hocking and state of Ohio of the first part, and Oliver Kimble and George Kimble of the county of Hocking and state of Ohio of the other part, Witnesseth: That the said Jonathan Kimble of the first part for and in consideration of the just and full sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have given, granted, bargained, sold, released and conveyed and do by these presents, give, grant, bargain, sell, release, convey and confirm unto the said Oliver Kimble and George Kimble of the second part the following described tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Hocking in the state of Ohio, being a part of section three of the Township number thirteen of Range number seventeen and being the West half of the South East quarter of section three as above stated and of which tract of land the said George Kimble shall have the south half and the said Oliver Kimble the north half being forty acres to each, containing Eighty acres be the same more or less. To have and to hold the premises hereby conveyed with all the privileges and appointenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said Oliver Kimble & George Kimble and unto their heirs and assigns, forever. And the said Jonathan Kimble for himself, heirs, executors, administrators, or asigns, covenant and promise to and with the said Oliver Kimble and George Kimble their heirs or assigns that he the said Jonathan Kimble lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid, that he has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey the the same in manner aforesaid, and that the same are free and clear from all and all manner of incumbrances whatever. And further that he the said Jonathan Kimble his heirs, executors, administrators, and asigns will well and truly warrant and defend the premises hereby granted unto them the said Oliver Kimble & George Kimble their heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful claims and demands of all and every person whomsoever.
