From http://www.media.utah.edu/UHE/p/PERRY.html:
"There was a small settlement of Welsh immigrants midway between Three Mile Creek and Brigham City. Among the first settlers of the area were Benjamin Jones, Kidwalendar Owens, David Peters, Thomas Mathias, and John Roberts. They chose to meet with those living in Box Elder until 1868 when the two communities joined together and organized a Sunday School."

I Benjamin Jones, having deferred making my wishes known until this late date, desire to do the best I can now.
I wish my house and the two lots fronting on main street in Willard, to be placed under the care of Mary Jones, my wife, as long as she shall live to use but not to sell.
I wish further that my single daughters Eliza Jones and Rose Hannah Jones shall each have one lot lying east and adjoining the beforementioned two lots, Eliza to have her choice and Rose Hannah to take the other; that they may have a place where they can make a home if they so desire, but not to sell or otherwise dispose of.
